2025 High School Prospect Camp

 

This one day camp will consist of a pro style workout/evaluation in the morning and a game at the conclusion of that workout/evaluation

ALL CAMPS ARE OPEN TO ANY AND ALL ENTRANTS, ONLY LIMITED BY NUMBER, AGE, GRADE OR GENDER

2026-2029 HS Graduates (9th-12th grade)
Check-In  Position & 2 Way Players: 9:00am
Camp Starts  Position & 2 Way Players: 9:30am


Pitchers Only  Check-In: 11:30am


Position Player & 2 Way Player  Cost: $240
($225 + $15 Fee)
Pitcher Only ⇒ Cost: $185
($175 + $10 Fee)

LOCATION: Roadrunner Field

EQUIPMENT
Each participant must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, helmet, bat, batting gloves and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Please mark each participants’ names on all items. The camp is not responsible for lost belongings.

MEALS
Meals during camp are the responsibility of the camper. Water will be provided at the event.

DIRECTIONS
Camp will be held at Roadrunner Field. To get to the field you will need to take the Babcock exit whether you are coming from 1604 East or West. If you are coming from 1604 East you will go through the light at Babcock and make first right into campus. There are no signs here. This is Sam Barshop Blvd.  It is the first turn available once you go through the light at Babcock. If you are coming from 1604 West you will need to take the U-turn around when you exit Babcock and turn at the same spot. This is Sam Barshop Blvd. Continue straight on this road and you will see the field on the left side.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All camps are non-refundable. Only camp credits will be given. Please send your cancellation requests directly to the camp administrator, pat.hallmark@utsa.edu . Your request must be sent 7 days prior to the start of camp to receive a future camp credit.
